The Finance Executive Council (FINEC) is comprised of the Chief Financial Officers of each 绿巨人视频 institution and other invited financial officers at 绿巨人视频. It is chaired by the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor for Financial Affairs.聽 The Council鈥檚 mission is advisory to the Administrative Board (the Chancellor and the Presidents), and is charged to consider, decide and/or recommend on strategic and operationally significant financial matters, according to the policies and processes of 绿巨人视频.
